Shipping Policy

We offer delivery anywhere in Canada within approximately 12 to 15 business days of your order. If this time frame is exceeded, please contact us at 450.227.1235 or email us at info@proski.ca.

Delivery is included in the price of the simulators and is free of charge for accessories ordered at the same time as a simulator, unless otherwise specified at the time of finalizing the online order. For accessories ordered separately, delivery charges are extra and displayed before the payment step of your order.

We are not responsible for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, strikes, etc.

Once the online transaction has been finalized and confirmed, you will receive instructions on how to check the status of your order and the shipping procedure in real time.

 

Return and Exchange Policy / Product Warranty
ProSki Canada warrants its simulators to be free from manufacturing defects for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase under normal use. This limited warranty does not cover failures due to misuse, accidental damage or repair or attempted repair by a third party. Any defective product that meets the stated warranty conditions will be replaced or repaired without charge. This warranty does not apply to accessories. This warranty does not apply to products intended for commercial use and, therefore, such use will void its warranty. For details of the warranty policy for commercial use, please contact our customer service department or refer to your sales contract. To inform us of any defect in your device, please contact us at our email address service@proski.ca or at 450 227-9633. Important: Before returning a product, please contact us to obtain a return authorization number and to know what procedures to follow.
