Pro Ski is a new addition to my physical prep routine. It's a unique system that allows me to increase my training time without leaving home. Because I'm not limited by trails or outdoor conditions, I can optimize my effort and accustom my muscle groups to perform when lactic acid levels are very high. Combining on-snow training with a non-impact simulator is also key to reduce stress on my joints and prevent injury.

Using Pro Ski at home is a fun way to vary our off-snow training routine and maximize our time on the slopes during family outings. The JUNIOR simulator has been a real plus for my 8-year-old daughter Marguerite, it's helped her learn the basic movements and improve her balance on skis, which makes her feel more comfortable and safe once she gets on the snow.

In my opinion, the best way to prepare for skiing, whether in training or coming back from an injury, is to ski! The simulator is impressive in how it replicates the movements involved in skiing, which helps to retrain muscles and joints in the precise angles required on snow. This allows for optimal preparation or rehabilitation in a safe environment. Being able to practise your sport continuously and in a safe environment, over the course of a year and not just on a seasonal basis, also helps to prevent injuries when returning to a demanding sport.
I love incorporating Pro Ski into my interval training or when I want to recreate the intensity of competition. I really feel that I've gained more explosiveness and endurance. I get my legs and core used to working at maximum intensity for 60 to 90 seconds, which lets me have the same level of energy from start to finish line.

Your Pro Ski simulator is a safe training device as long as you follow the instructions for use and installation. Improper use may increase the risk of injury. Please note that it is essential for beginners to hold the ramp and that use is at your own risk.
The Pro Ski simulator is suitable for all age groups, but it is not a toy. Children must use it under adult supervision. Any accident, injury or damage resulting from improper use is at your own risk. Please do not use the Pro Ski simulator without medical supervision and approval if you are pregnant or suffer from a medical condition.

RECOMMENDATIONS
To get the most out of training with your Pro Ski simulator, it is recommended that you:
- Always wear slip-resistant soles and comfortable clothing.
- Make sure that the elastic bands are properly attached before each use.
- Use on a clean, flat, firm, slip-resistant and stable surface to prevent the simulator from moving during use, to limit the risk of injury and to avoid damaging the floor.
- Choose exercises and workout levels that are appropriate for your fitness level and medical condition.
- Keep your workout area clear and free of obstacles.
MAINTENANCE
For a smooth and safe workout, regularly apply silicone lubricant to the glide rails of your Pro Ski simulator.
Delivery & Returns
Shipping Policy
We offer delivery anywhere in Canada within approximately 12 to 15 business days of your order. If this time frame is exceeded, please contact us at 450.227.1235 or email us at info@proski.ca.
Delivery is included in the price of the simulators and is free of charge for accessories ordered at the same time as a simulator, unless otherwise specified at the time of finalizing the online order. For accessories ordered separately, delivery charges are extra and displayed before the payment step of your order.
We are not responsible for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, strikes, etc.
Once the online transaction has been finalized and confirmed, you will receive instructions on how to check the status of your order and the shipping procedure in real time.
Return and Exchange Policy / Product Warranty
ProSki Canada warrants its simulators to be free from manufacturing defects for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase under normal use. This limited warranty does not cover failures due to misuse, accidental damage or repair or attempted repair by a third party. Any defective product that meets the stated warranty conditions will be replaced or repaired without charge. This warranty does not apply to accessories. This warranty does not apply to products intended for commercial use and, therefore, such use will void its warranty.
